Where do you conduct
checkrides?

Beginning in 2025,  we will be conducting checkrides at the Laconia Airport in Laconia, NH (KLCI).  In some instances, we will travel to conduct checkrides for an additional fee, but applicants should not expect that we will be able to travel to their chosen airport. 

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal check, and credit card (add 3% processing fee). 

What do you charge for a checkride?

Please refer to the Checkride Services page to see the fee for specific checkrides. Although we do not have a cancellation policy, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible if a checkride cannot take place. If our DPE Greg arrives at the checkride and the checkride cannot begin due to application/paperwork errors, there will be a $300.00 fee plus any associated travel fees previously agreed to, charged to the applicant. 

What happens if my checkride has to be rescheduled due to weather?

None of us can control the weather (though we wish we could!). If your checkride has to be cancelled due to weather, we will make every attempt to reschedule you as soon as possible. 

 

Can I schedule a back-up date/rain date for my checkride?

As we mentioned, we get multiple requests for a checkride every day, so unfortunately, we cannot schedule back-up dates in advance. As we mentioned, we will try our best to reschedule your checkride as soon as possible in the event it has to be cancelled due to weather.
